Known for carefully sourcing beans from premier growing regions around the world, Tinker roasts in small batches to highlight the unique flavor profile of each coffee. Their iconic red coffee bags represent the craftsmanship and care that goes into every roast.

At The Groovy Café, we’re proud to partner with Sidedoor Bagel, one of Indianapolis’s most celebrated artisan bagel shops. Founded by Josh and Emily Greeson, Sidedoor began during the pandemic as a small delivery project before growing into a popular East 10th Street storefront known for long lines and unforgettable bagels. Their approach is rooted in traditional craft: each bagel is made using a slow sourdough fermentation process with locally sourced, stone-ground flour, then carefully hand-rolled, boiled, and baked, creating the chewy texture and crisp crust that bagel lovers crave.

The shop has earned national attention for bringing true East-Coast-style bagels to Indianapolis, with Bon Appétit naming Sidedoor among the best bagels in the United States outside New York. Their rotating selection includes everything bagels, sesame, sea-salt classics, and flavorful specialty creations paired with house-made spreads and sandwich combinations. At Groovy Café, this partnership allows us to serve guests fresh, locally crafted bagels made with the same care seen in Sidedoor’s bakery trays filled with golden, perfectly topped bagels and their welcoming neighborhood shop. A true highlight of The Groovy Café experience is our selection of handcrafted chocolates from DeBrand Fine Chocolates, one of the Midwest’s most celebrated artisan chocolatiers. Founded in 1987 by Cathy Brand-Beere in Fort Wayne, Indiana, DeBrand began as a passion project rooted in family tradition and a love for confectionery craftsmanship. Over the years, the company has grown into a nationally respected chocolatier known for using premium ingredients sourced locally and internationally, along with time-honored techniques that create rich caramels, decadent ganaches, and beautifully balanced truffles.

Today, DeBrand’s elegant chocolate boutiques and production facility continue that tradition of excellence, where small-batch confections are crafted and presented with the same attention to detail seen in their signature gold chocolate boxes and beautifully designed retail spaces. From luxurious truffle collections to artisan chocolate assortments, each piece is carefully made and packaged to deliver a memorable experience.
