The Groovy Café began its next chapter in October 2024 when Lisa and Craig Stonebraker took ownership, drawn to its inviting energy, quality food, and nostalgic retro feel. With over four decades of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, the Stonebraker family envisioned a café that would celebrate both craftsmanship and connection—where every visit feels intentional, welcoming, and just a little bit special.

That vision comes to life in everything we offer, from house-made syrups, dressings, and desserts to thoughtfully sourced ingredients from local Indiana partners like Tinker Coffee, Sidedoor Bagels, Nelson Tea, and DeBrand Chocolate. Guests can settle in with a book by the fireplace, enjoy a quiet moment with a crossword, collaborate at the community table, or relax outside with a refreshing treat.
